We added a second story, new siding and roof. "Our second story is awesome, comfortable and has given
us great enjoyment. Your craftsmanship is amazing; Jeff and the rest of the crew
did a quality job. .... Chuck, you were great to work with. Honest,
timely, quality minded, thorough and fair." ....

Dear Chuck:
Although we are still working to
finish our part of the project (painting, wallpapering, etc.), we wanted to
write a letter of appreciation for the work you did on our home this
summer. We are particularly pleased with the quality of Jeff Lipscomb's
work. He has an excellent sense of what the finished product will look
like, and we trusted his good judgment in many of the finer details of the
work. Jeff was very conscientious and concerned with high quality
workmanship.
We were also impressed by the fact
that you were punctual, both in meeting the building deadlines and especially
in arriving very punctually for the several appointments we had with
you. Arriving on time (or arriving at all!) seems to be a lost art, and
it was one of the reasons that we selected you to do the work for us. In
addition, we were impressed from the first meeting onward with your ideas and
Jeff's about how the various architectural oddities of our house could be
overcome.
We are enjoying our new rooms, and
as we said earlier, when we save up some money again, we'll have you back to
do a few more things.
