Fannin

Charles Fannin loves his life in the construction and remodeling business.  It is a love instilled by his dad at an early age.  He has developed and grown that love into a passion to design living spaces, a desire to build those spaces and a pride in the finished quality project.  He takes pride in his many satisfied customers.

His zest for remodeling is contagious to his wife, his employees, his peers, his customers and the community.  So far, he has assimilated lifelong experience and expertise in all aspects and phases of the construction industry as acknowledged by his peers.  He has incorporated knowledge of applicable laws, standards, guidelines, regulations and requirements into his active involvement on a variety of governing boards, councils, associations and committees.  He has incorporated a strong management style and philosophy into company management, staff development, staff credentialing, project management, quality assurance and customer relations.  He enjoys what he does and it shows in the results.
